Mr. Rohit Salhotra

Rohit holds Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Post Graduate Program in Business Management - Marketing & Finance degrees. He is also a fellow member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.He has diverse experience spanning over 28 years+ in creating and operating businesses in the Financial services (retail and enterprise), Telecom services, Consumer goods and electronics space.

Rohit has strong experience in dealing with Regulators (Reserve Bank, Ministry of Finance, Comptroller and Auditor General, National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Parliamentary committees) and aligning the decision makers. Ability to deliver in a chaotic, often arbitrary regulatory environment. Prior to joining Indie, Rohit was working with ICICI Bank, India's largest private sector bank and the second largest bank in India and has held various roles during his career of over a decade with the organization, the most recent being MD & CEO of ICICI Home Finance Company where he built a portfolio of USD 1.5 Bn.

Mrs. Upma Goel

Upma Goel is a seasoned professional with three decades of post qualification experience in the financial service industry. Her core competencies lie in business planning & strategy, capital restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, tax optimisation, corporate governance, tax optimization, risk management and regulatory compliances. She is currently serving as the CFO of Piramal Enterprises Ltd and is responsible for the finance function of PEL and all its subsidiaries. She played a key role in the integration of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation into Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Ltd. Prior to this, she was the CFO and KMP at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited. In Ujjivan, she played a pivotal role in transitioning the MFI NBFC into the Bank and upscaling the finance function. She successfully led the primary market fund raise from domestic/overseas market. Prior to Ujjivan, Upma was the Group Deputy CFO at L&T Finance Holdings Limited. She played critical role in spearheading three major M&A transactions in a short span of a year, strategized transaction structuring to avail INR 60 billion of tax benefits for the group, enhanced the bottom line growth by 34% of the operating revenues for two consecutive years through tax optimization strategies and cost control measures. In September 2022, she was felicitated by The Financial Express at the FE CFO Connect Conclave for her exemplary contribution to the industry and to the Piramal Group. She was also felicitated by the ET Edge as Inspiring CFO for 2023 in Sept,23. She is amongst the top 70 CFOs in India as published by Startup Lanes. She is an active member of CFO forums having strong networking with executive leadership of the top 5 audit & advisory firms. Upma holds a master’s degree focused in Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Vipul Vadhiya

Mr. Vipul Vadhiya, a Founder of the Company, brings over 20 years of expertise in Retail Assets, Branch Banking, and Investments. With a background in Instrumentation engineering and Management, he played a crucial role in establishing the Chakan branch as a market leader at HDFC Bank. At Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mr. Vadhiya led the digitization of the Savings Account project (811) and later contributed to Suryoday Small Finance Bank's retail business setup in the west and south. His track record includes implementing essential systems like LOS, LMS, CRM, and mobile banking apps. As the former Business Head at Altum Credo Home Finance, Mr. Vadhiya provided key insights into Credit policy, operations excellence, and sales processes. Now, as a Founder, he leverages his deep market understanding to drive the current venture—a credit-focused Business Correspondent Company with a primary emphasis on financial inclusion.

Mr. Amit Surana

Mr. Amit Surana, a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the Cards and Payments Domain, excels in Business Analysis, Product Management, Domain Consulting, Account Management, and Business Development Support. His global experience involves collaboration with leading banks, Card Solution providers, and payment processors across the USA, Canada, UK, Middle East (Dubai), and India. Proficient in diverse card platforms (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, CUP, Rupay), payments gateways, merchant management, and EFT switching, Mr. Surana has hands-on experience in digital wallets, card issuing, and merchant acquiring. With a track record of managing 8+ end-to-end Credit/Prepaid card/Digital Banking implementations, Mr. Surana brings expertise in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams for Product Lifecycle Management. Notably, he has established a Competency practice, introducing innovative solutions in Cards and mobile payments. His concise yet comprehensive skill set positions him as a valuable asset in Retail Banking .

Mr. Shivprasad Kesare, a certified MBA, CSM, PMP, and CSTE, is a result-oriented and customer-focused IT professional with over 20 years of experience in project management and QA management. His expertise lies in designing efficient processes and Key Performance Metrics, ensuring Finaleap operates as a well-oiled team. With a strong background in managing projects for Fortune 50+ clients globally, Mr. Kesare has extensive experience in working with agile teams, using tools like Rally and Azure DevOps. Having spent over 10 years in the USA and 1 year in the UK, he excels in onsite-offshore coordination, consistently delivering complex applications, including web and business intelligence apps. His exceptional skills in Scrum/Agile methodologies, coupled with his ability to interact with executive leadership and business partners, make Mr. Kesare a valuable asset. Known for excellent team-building capabilities, he consistently achieves results within strict timelines, showcasing his prowess in the IT industry.
